| First Portfolio Services, LLC (FPS) is an innovative, family and community- focused property management, acquisition, and investment company. It is our mission to provide personal high quality service to all our clients and to develop lifelong trustworthy relationships. FPS can provide your company with affordable comprehensive property management services. Today a house in the Detroit Metro area can stay on the market for up to a year or longer. This can make properties more susceptible to vandalism, further pro-longing the selling of the property. FPS will help preserve your properties, giving the homeowner reassurance that their properties will be less prone to vandalism. Our services include all property management areas or a specific service to meet your particular need. Currently we offer winterizations, board-ups, lock changes, debris removal, seasonal landscaping, optional photos and NOW LOAN MODIFICATIONS. Although we are a small business, we pride ourselves on the ability to offer a 24-hour turn-around time on most of our services. Please see attachment for a complete description of services and prices. Also note that package rates are available for multiple services/properties. First Portfolio Services was established in 1999. All services will be performed by our highly experienced staff members. Our property management staff members all have approximately 5-10 years experience in property management. Throughout the years we have done business with various mortgage companies, homeowners, and brokers. Since we are a small community-based, family-focused company, we pride ourselves on being capable of working with our clients “hands on” and giving them the personal attention that is needed. It is important to us that we help all prospective clients understand their options, and help them choose the one that best suits their current situation.
